Gorgeous and heavy 1950s ceramic fan shell shaped vase. Marked Red Wing 899 USA on the bottom. 

Condition: Chip on the inside of the fan, see pictures.

Measurements: 8.25" across at the top of the van, 7.5" tall. 4" across at the base.
