Processing Time
All orders are shipped within 1 business day of the post office being open. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next available business day.

Packaging
We take great care in packaging every item to ensure it arrives safely. Our packaging materials are carefully selected to protect your vintage and antique treasures during transit. We use recycled material when possible. 

Shipping Rates and Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the item’s weight, size, and destination. We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx, providing reliable service and tracking for all orders.

Domestic Shipping
We ship throughout the United States, with estimated delivery times ranging from 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Costs and delivery times will vary based on destination and shipping method. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact us for assistance.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our stated shipping times, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience in these circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Packages
As all items at The Cat Vintage are one-of-a-kind, we are unable to offer replacements. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss available options, such as a partial refund or a solution that fits the situation.

LOCAL PICKUP ONLY FURNITURE
Some furniture items are local pickup only due to the cost of shipping. If you purchase an item of furniture that is local pickup only we will reach out to arrange pickup time and date. Buyers are responsible for their own pickup, we do not offer furniture delivery at this time.
