Vintage Treasures of Tutankhamun Exhibition Catalog - 1976 Metropolitan Museum Egyptian Art Book

A relic from the height of 1970s Tutankhamun fever, Treasures of Tutankhamun was produced for the landmark 1976-1979 American museum exhibition of objects from the young pharaoh's tomb. Richly illustrated in both color and black-and-white, the catalog documents Egyptian antiquities alongside historical photographs made during Howard Carter's excavation. The Metropolitan Museum records the publication as containing 176 pages and 139 illustrations, including 64 in color.

Condition
Good vintage condition with visible wear from age and handling. The softcover shows scratches, edge wear, corner wear and creasing, including a more pronounced crease at the lower right corner. Interior pages are intact, however the spine is split on the inside of the cover. There is underlining in marker and pen throughout. Please review all photos carefully for exact condition.
