Vintage Southwestern Style Wolf Howling at Moon Turquoise Earring Studs

These look like they're marked "92". Tested, is silver but not sure the exact grade as it's not stamped. There appears to be turquoise chips inlaid into the piece. 

Measures: 5mm across by 10mm tall.
