Vintage Clown Art - Whimsical Ceramic Figure - Hobo Clown with Umbrella

Fun little 1970s - 1980s vintage clown with orange hair and a hobo-style costume and little umbrella. He's cute! If you're into that type of thing. Signed by the artist in 1976 - "Sue". These were likely part of a DIY kit. So fun and sweet.

Condition: Used vintage condition, some flea bites in the paint and light scuffing.
