Vintage Clothing - Shift Dress with Waist Ties - Black Velour - Hillard & Hanson - Medium

90% polyester, 10% spandex. Half zipper on the back along with a small leg slit in the skirt. Waist can be cinched in with two attached waist ties on the back of the dress. Marked a size 10 by manufacturer. 

Condition: In great overall condition with no major flaws. See pictures.

Measures: Sleeves are 6 1/2" long. Armpit to armpit is 17 1/2" (35" bust). Waist fits up to 36". Hips free up to 40"
