Rare Antique Gilt Ormolu Pill or Snuff Box with Jewel Lid and Floral Design

Tiny and so ornate! This delightful little trinket box has so much detail in its 1.5 inch space. Beautiful clear green "jewel" adorns the top. Hinged lid. This may date as far back as the 1800s. In excellent condition. Box is gold in color and has no gold purity.
