Antique 1920 General Pershing Wall Calendar - Davis Bros Crockett California Advertising

A striking 1920 advertising wall calendar featuring a full-length portrait of General John J. Pershing against a bold red, white, and blue background. Mounted beneath glass in a decorative dark wood frame, the piece was distributed compliments of Davis Bros., Inc., General Merchandise of Crockett, California. The surviving 1920 calendar pad and local advertising make this an especially interesting piece of early 20th-century California ephemera.

Condition
Fair antique condition with considerable age-related wear. The remaining calendar pad at the bottom is torn, creased, and incomplete. A section of veneer is missing along the upper portion of the wood frame with slight splitting to the wood beneath. The glass has small flea-bite chips along the edges, along with surface wear and age-related marks. The printed General Pershing panel shows discoloration, staining, and general wear consistent with age. Please review all photos closely for condition.
