1970s Glow In the Dark Owl Penant

The cutest pair of lovebirds ever! These little owls are glow in the dark, printed on black felt and backed by a sliver of wood. This flag shaped pennant looks great with and without blacklight. Some minor creasing of the felt, otherwise in great condition. Measures 16 1/8” long, 12 1/8” wide.
